Deborah Glatter Describes Firm's Diversity Initiatives
Deborah Glatter was quoted in "Diversity Matters," an article in the February 2010 issue of Lexpert magazine. In the article, Deborah spoke about the importance of diversity and gender-equity issues at Cassels Brock and described the initiatives being implemented to address them, including participating in the Justicia Project and pairing high potential female lawyers with a male champion.
Deborah noted that Mark Young, the firm's Managing Partner, is the driving force behind the equity issues at the firm.
Deborah is the Director of Professional Development and Student Programs.
