Cassels Brock Lawyer Discusses the Importance of Partnership and Shareholder Agreements

In the April 17, 2007, edition of the Globe and Mail, Bob Cohen is quoted in an article titled "When the business breaks up." Bob discusses the importance of setting up a partnership or shareholder agreement before "consummating" any business relationship. He says that these agreements should detail what would happen in the event of a break-up.
