The new North Terminal at Detroit Metro Airport is putting the naming rights for its $431 million terminal up for bid, and is believed to be the first US airport to do so. Jake commented that, while procuring the naming rights for an airport terminal will certainly have brand value, a terminal does not have the same level of sentimental attachment as some sports stadiums.
