Nolan is the President & CEO of Sandstorm Gold and Sandstorm Metals & Energy and Founder of Nations Cry, a humanitarian organization focused on improving education in the developing world.  Building schools, improving curriculum and training teachers are just a few of the ways that Nations Cry is helping to build a better future for children in West Africa and Central America.

The Top 40 Under 40™ is an annual awards event organized by executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International.  The awards celebrate the achievements of young Canadians. Recipients are selected based on five main categories including vision and leadership; innovation and achievement; impact; growth and development; and community work.
