Cassels Brock has represented Bump Technologies Inc. from its early stages to the present. The firm acted as counsel to a fund that made the initial seed stage investment in the company. Following the transaction, Bump Technologies decided that it required more established counsel and moved its work to Cassels Brock. Since then, Cassels Brock has worked acted as counsel to the company on additional investment rounds and is currently assisting Bump Technologies with the negotiation and preparation of certain license and distribution arrangements that the company will be announcing soon.
