Among those considerations are the safety of data, the integrity of data and the ability retrieve their data should they decide to stop using the cloud. Bernice stressed the importance of conducting comprehensive due diligence on prospective cloud providers, to figure out what it is being entrusted to the cloud and the importance of contract details when a provider has been chosen.
