This in-depth, interactive workshop will explore issues relevant to the procedures and strategies used in asset-based lending transactions in the context of a practical case study. The case study will provide an overview of asset-based lending underwriting procedures from the initial lender/borrower introduction, to field exam/appraisal, commitment letter, credit approval, loan and security structuring, and closing.
