Discussion Topics:
• What are some of the common indicators of a franchisee who is about to become a problem?
• What are at least five things you can do to stop the problems before they start (the ounce of cure)?
• The problems have arrived...what is the pound of cure? Ombudsmen, franchise council, mediation, arbitration, lawyer?
• How do you learn from past problems and mistakes to avoid future ones?
• What can you do when you recruit franchisees to avoid potential problems?
