On February 16, 2010, Geoff Shaw will be co-facilitating a Business Solution Roundtable on the topic of "Problem Franchisees and Franchisee Associations" at the IFA's 2011 Annual Convention.

• What can you do when you recruit franchisees to avoid potential problems?
