About the Speakers
Bruce McNeely
Bruce's initial professional training was as an economist and mathematician at Queen's University. This led to a short career as an economist with the federal public service followed by law school at the University of Ottawa and over 37 years of practice as a corporate-commercial lawyer in downtown Toronto. Bruce enjoys the practice of law, editing the firm's Doing Business in Canada publication and has extensive experience throughout his career in negotiating and closing merger and acquisition transactions.
Peter Henein
Peter's practice is focused on commercial litigation, class actions, securities litigation and product liability. He has worked with a wide variety of clients, ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations, including both international auto and drug manufacturers, to national and international franchisors.
