On May 16-17, 2011, Laurie Jessome will speak about enforcing social media policy around the world at the International Franchise Association's 44th annual Legal Symposium.
The session will address topics such as:

What are the varying privacy, employment and free speech laws around the world that make the franchisee’s ability to enforce the social media policy problematic (or even illegal)?

- What are the remedies available to aggrieved parties in those countries?
