Corporate Law for Law Clerks 2010

On October 6, 2010, Ambie Edgar-Chana spoke at the Law Society of Upper Canada's "Corporate Law for Law Clerks 2010" event.

This program was of interest corporate law clerks of all experience levels. Speakers explored legislative and practice changes affecting all business entities, including not-for profit corporations. Useful tips and tools were also provided to help attendees handle their next corporate file efficiently and effectively.
