Jake Bullen will chair the 10th Annual Course on Conducting Effective Corporate Due Diligence. As part of the course, Jake will speak on "Why Perform Due Diligence?" and Miho Felicio will conduct a segment on "Effective Minute Book Review". On November 17, Jake and Miho will co-lead an optional workshop called "Putting it All Together: A Hands-on Interactive Excercise", in which participants will take what they've learned in the course and apply it to a fact scenario. Jake has chaired the Course since 2002.
