Commercial Agreements

Alex Taratino will chair and John Gillies will speak at "Commercial Agreements," an OBA Professional Development Conference to be held on March 30, 2011 in Toronto.

During the Conference, experienced practioners will provide key tips on drafting commercial agreements and an in-depth examination of selected complex and critical provisions of common commercial agreements. Precedents (including annotated precedents) will be provided.
