Intellectual Property Issues:
- Protecting your fashion designs in the US through copyright, trademark and other forms of legal protection
- Branding considerations in fashion
Business Law Issues:
- Selecting and forming the right type of business or company
- Dealing with employees and independent contractors
- Handling business contracts in the US
- Navigating the US equity and debt markets
- Managing tax and import/export issues
