Cassels Brock Lawyers to Speak on Contract Law and Procurement Issues
On May 11, 2010, Bernice Karn, Janine Kovach, Stephen Morrison and Jake Bullen, four contract law experts, spoke about updates and best practices within the field. Included in this valuable full-day event was a discussion of contract law from RFPs to RFQs to Tenders and related cases, including "Procurement from A to Z." The day concluded with a panel discussion and Q & A. This event was part of the Ontario Institute for Purchasing Managers of Canada (OIPMAC) program on procurement. Participants earned credits towards a Certified Professional Purchaser Designation.
