Cassels Brock Announces the International Insolvency Institute’s 12th Annual Conference in Paris, France – June 21-22, 2012

Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that the International Insolvency Institute’s 12th Annual Conference will proceed in facilities graciously made available by the Supreme Court of France on Thursday, June 21 and Friday, June 22, 2012.  The Conference is open to the public and will feature a pre-eminent global Faculty of international insolvency experts drawn from over 25 countries.  The Conference will feature presentations on, among other things, sovereign insolvency and sovereign debt restructuring, coordination of multinational insolvencies and restructurings, responsibilities of Directors and Officers in insolvency situations, the use of arbitration and conciliation procedures in international cases and financial institution systemic risks, failures and rescues.
