Bruce Leonard to Present at Annual Meeting of the American Law Institute

Bruce Leonard will lead a presentation at the Annual Meeting of the American Law Institute in Washington DC on May 23, 2012 on the completion of a multi-year project between the American Law Institute and the International Insolvency Institute on coordination of multi-national insolvency proceedings.  The ALI is the most prominent legislative reform association in the United States (founded in 1923) and is responsible for, among other things, the development of the United States Uniform Commercial Code.  Bruce served as Co-Chair for this project and the text of the project report will be posted on the websites (www.ali.org).
