Sernoskie On April 4, 2011, FSS Vermögensverwaltung GmbH, an Austrian private corporation purchased, through its Canadian Subsidiary, Starlim North America Corporation, the business of Poly-Nova Technologies Inc. (“Poly-Nova”). The purchased business consists of the development and manufacturing of custom rubber products and compounds servicing the North American automotive, appliance and electrical markets. Cassels Brock acted for the purchaser with a team that consisted of Andrew Reback (Tax), Ken Chun (Business Law), Tom Kapsales (Real Estate & Development), Jason Sernoskie (Business Law), Amanda Plastina (Financial Services) and Laurie Jessome (Employment).
