Reback On September 29, 2011, Yancoal Canada Resources Co., Ltd. (“Yancoal”), a subsidiary of Yanzhou Coal Mining Company Limited (“Yanzhou”), acquired an aggregate of 19 potash mineral exploration permits in the Province of Saskatchewan from Devonian Potash Inc. and North Atlantic Potash Inc. (together the “Sellers”), for aggregate consideration of US$260 million.
