Reback, Luke Woolford On August 2, 2012, IMG Canada Limited (“IMG”) completed its purchase of the assets of Toronto Fashion Week from the Fashion Design Council of Canada (“FDCC”). Toronto Fashion Week, known currently as World MasterCard Fashion Week, is the premier event on the fashion industry calendar in Canada. Cassels Brock acted as counsel to IMG with a team that included Len Glickman and Luke Woolford (Business), Andrew Reback (Tax), Steven Kennedy (Intellectual Property) and Laurie Jessome (Employment).
