("IC Potash") announced that Yara International ASA ("Yara") has invested approximately $40 Million in IC Potash, through a wholly owned subsidiary. IC Potash and Yara have also committed to a 15 year off-take agreement, whereby Yara wil1 purchase 30% of all products produced by IC Potash in its Ochoa project in New Mexico.
