Cassels Brock Acts for the Underwriters as Focus Metals Inc. Closes Its $10 Million Offering

On March 14, 2012, Focus Metals Inc. announced that it had closed its bought deal private placement of flow-through shares for gross proceeds of $10,000,000 (which includes the exercise in full of the over-allotment option). The offering wascompleted by a syndicate of underwriters led by Cormark Securities Inc. and included Byron Capital Markets Ltd. (the "Underwriters").
