The syndicate of underwriters was led by GMP Securities L.P. and included Dundee Securities Ltd., Haywood Securities Inc. and Cormark Securities Inc. (collectively, the "Underwriters"). The Underwriters were represented by Cassels Brock with a team that included Greg Hogan (Securities & Mining), Philip Long (Securities) and Sarah McKinnon (Student). |
