King The TSX Venture Exchange announced on August 26, 2011, that the previously announced proposed qualifying transaction, announced on June 10, 2011, involving Almonty Partners LLC, Daytal Resources Spain, S.L., HSK Europe PLC, Heemskirk Consolidated Limited and Almonty Industries Inc. ("Almonty Sub") has been completed. Almonty Sub completed a brokered private placement financing of approximately 17 million subscription receipts on August 26, 2011 through a syndicate of agents led by Cormark Securities Inc. and including Byron Capital Markets Ltd., Dundee Securities Limited and Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. (collectively, the "Agents") for proceeds of approximately Cdn$17 million.
