(“Eurotin”), announced that it closed its previously announced private placement, with a syndicate of agents led by GMP Securities L.P. and including Clarus Securities Inc., Dundee Securities Ltd., Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Raymond James Ltd. (collectively, the “Agents”). Eurotin issued today 15,625,000 special warrants of the Company at an issue price of C$0.80 per Special Warrant for gross proceeds of C$12,500,000.
