Through a syndicate of underwriters led by RBC Capital Markets and including Jennings Capital Inc. and Cormark Securities Inc., 3,450,000 common shares of the Company were purchased on an underwritten private placement basis at a price of $2.90 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $10,005,000. The net proceeds of the Offering will be used primarily for exploration and development at the Company's Miwah property. All of the securities issued pursuant to the Offering are subject to a hold period expiring on November 14, 2011.
